Is the rate really the same as booking direct?

Yes. When you book Zadún, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve through Travel Supreme, the nightly rate is identical to the hotel’s own best available rate. The difference is what attaches to your reservation: a room upgrade when available, daily breakfast for two, a resort credit, and private airport transfers — all confirmed in writing through the Virtuoso program.

How much resort credit will my booking carry?

Every Virtuoso booking at the Reserve carries a $150 USD resort credit. Suites carry an additional $150 for $300 in total; Zadún Suites carry $450 in total; Villas and Residences carry $650 in total, once during your stay.

Are airport transfers included?

Yes — complimentary roundtrip private transfers between San José del Cabo International (SJD) and the Reserve are part of the Virtuoso amenity list when you book through us.

Can you actually swim in the sea there?

Yes. The Reserve sits on the Sea of Cortez side of Los Cabos, where the water is calm enough to swim from the beach — unlike the Pacific side, where most resorts front unswimmable surf.

How does booking through Travel Supreme work?

Send us your dates on WhatsApp or by email. We confirm live availability and the rate, attach the full Virtuoso amenity list in writing, and hold the suite. You pay the hotel as normal — our advisory costs you nothing.

When is the best time of year to go?

The dry, warm window runs roughly November through May, with December to April the most requested weeks — and the first to sell out at the Reserve. Summer brings hotter days and lower occupancy. For school-holiday weeks and the winter high season, we recommend enquiring several months ahead; availability at the villa level goes first, and Virtuoso amenities apply year-round whichever season you choose.
