Virgin Gorda is the third-largest British Virgin Island, famed for The Baths, where granite boulders up to 40 feet across form pools and grottoes on the southwest shore. Most visitors fly to Beef Island on Tortola and cross by ferry (about 30 minutes to Spanish Town, or by resort boat), while the North Sound at the island’s east end is one of the Caribbean’s great sailing anchorages.
