Travel Supreme
What we collect when you visit or enquire, why, and the choices you have.
Effective 28 September 2026. Travel Supreme (“we”) is a Virtuoso-affiliated travel advisory. This page explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and how to contact us about it.
When you use the enquiry form you send us your name, contact details, destination and travel dates. The form is delivered to us by FormSubmit as an email to menachem@travelsupreme.net. If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive whatever you choose to share, and that conversation is held on those services under their own terms.
The chat window is provided by Crisp. When it loads, Crisp creates an anonymous session that records the page you are viewing, your device type, browser, approximate location and the messages you send. We use it to answer you in real time. Crisp may ask for a phone number so we can follow up; you can decline.
We use Google Analytics 4 (with Google signals turned on) and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, time on page, scrolling and clicks, device and browser, and approximate location. Clarity may record anonymised session replays and heatmaps; form fields are masked. Google signals lets Google associate visits with signed-in Google accounts that have Ads Personalisation enabled, which gives us aggregated demographic reporting and allows Google Ads remarketing.
We also use the Meta Pixel (from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram). It records that you visited a page or tapped to contact us, so we can measure our Instagram and Facebook ads and show our offers again to people who have visited. You can control this in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.
We run Google Ads. Google places cookies to measure which ads led to an enquiry and may show you Travel Supreme ads on Google and partner sites after you visit. We do not upload your contact details to Google or Microsoft.
Cookies and similar identifiers are set by Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity and Crisp for the purposes above, plus the small technical cookies WordPress needs to run the site. We do not sell personal information.
You can opt out of Google Ads personalisation at adssettings.google.com, out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and out of many advertising cookies at optout.aboutads.info. Blocking third-party cookies in your browser also prevents remarketing. Chat and forms work without cookies; the site still works if you block them.
Enquiries are kept for as long as we are planning or may plan travel with you, then deleted on request. Analytics data is retained by Google and Microsoft under their standard settings. We share information only with the services named above, which process it on our behalf, and with hotels and suppliers when you ask us to book on your behalf.
This site is for adults planning travel. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
