Is the rate really the same as booking direct?

Booking Sugar Beach through Travel Supreme, the nightly rate is identical to the resort’s own best available rate, and the reservation carries an upgrade when available, daily buffet breakfast for two, a $100 resort credit and early check-in or late check-out, confirmed in writing through the Virtuoso program.
How far is it from the airport?
A 45-minute drive from Hewanorra International (UVF) in the south, or 90 minutes from George F.L. Charles (SLU) near Castries. The resort is about 3 miles outside Soufrière.
