Is the rate really the same as booking direct?

Yes. When you book Beach Enclave through Travel Supreme, the nightly rate is identical to the resort’s own best available rate. The difference is what attaches to your reservation: an upgrade when available, daily breakfast, a resort credit and a kiteboard lesson — all confirmed in writing through the Virtuoso program.

What credit comes with my booking?

A $100 USD equivalent Resort or Hotel credit, used during your stay. Not combinable with other offers and not valid on the room rate.

Is the kiteboard lesson really included?

Yes — a complimentary 2-hour kiteboard lesson for up to three guests. It must be booked before arrival and used within two days of arriving; certain blackout dates apply.

Are these villas or hotel rooms?

Full villas — multi-bedroom homes with private pools and kitchens, spread across three beachfront enclaves on Providenciales, with breakfast and concierge service layered on top.

When is the best time of year to go?

December through April is the driest, most in-demand stretch in the Turks & Caicos. Summer brings warmer water and softer rates; Atlantic hurricane season runs June through November, so travel insurance is sensible for those months.
