Is the rate really the same as booking direct?
Yes. Booking Jade Mountain through Travel Supreme, the nightly rate is identical to the resort’s own best available rate, and the reservation carries an upgrade when available, daily full breakfast for two, a $100 resort credit (rising to $200 in a Moon, Sun or Galaxy Sanctuary or on stays of six nights or more, and $300 for both), and early check-in or late check-out, confirmed in writing through the Virtuoso program.
How do we get there?
Hewanorra International (UVF) is the nearest airport; ask us for transfer times. Jade Mountain also has its own private heli-pad, the only resort on Saint Lucia with one, so you can arrive by helicopter between the Pitons.
Which rooms are there?
SKY Suites, and the STAR, MOON, SUN and GALAXY Infinity Pool Sanctuaries. The Moon, Sun and Galaxy sanctuaries carry the larger Virtuoso credit.
What is a SKY suite?
Five SKY suites sit on the lower hillside, about 1,650 square feet on two levels with a raised jacuzzi open to the view instead of an infinity pool; four have the open fourth wall, one is enclosed and air-conditioned. SKY guests have every Jade Mountain privilege. The next upgrade category is the STAR Infinity Pool Sanctuary.
How does booking through Travel Supreme work?
Send us your dates. We confirm availability and the rate, attach the Virtuoso amenities in writing, and hold the sanctuary. You pay the hotel directly.
Can you arrange a kosher private chef at Jade Mountain?

Where there is a minyan or Chabad nearby, we find the villa or room within walking distance for Shabbos. Where there isn’t, we tell you before you book and plan the week around it.
Can you arrange a Shabbos-friendly villa or room at Jade Mountain?
Yes. Before you book we check the details that matter for Shabbos at Jade Mountain: key cards and door locks, motion-sensor lights, automatic doors, elevators and stairs, and the distance to anywhere you need to walk. Whatever can be arranged with the property ahead of time, we arrange.
Can you plan a bar mitzvah, bat mitzvah or family simcha trip at Jade Mountain?
