Is the rate really the same as booking direct?
Yes. When you book Maroma through Travel Supreme, the nightly rate is identical to the hotel’s own best available rate. The difference is what attaches to your reservation: an upgrade when available, daily breakfast for two per bedroom, and a resort credit — all confirmed in writing through the Virtuoso program.
What credit comes with my booking?
A $100 USD equivalent Resort or Hotel credit, used during your stay. Not combinable with other offers and not valid on the room rate.
Is breakfast included?
Yes — daily breakfast for up to two guests per bedroom, served in the restaurant. It’s already included in most property rates; the Virtuoso benefits stack on top.
Will I get a room upgrade?
Virtuoso bookings are first in line for an upgrade on arrival, subject to availability. We also note your preferences on the reservation so the hotel knows who’s coming.
How does booking through Travel Supreme work?
Tell us your dates. We confirm availability and the rate directly with the hotel, attach your Virtuoso benefits in writing, and stay your single point of contact before and during the stay — at no fee to you.
When is the best time of year to go?
December through April brings the driest, coolest weather on the Riviera Maya. Summer is hotter and more humid with softer rates; Atlantic hurricane season runs June through November, so travel insurance is sensible for those months.
