Is the rate really the same as booking direct?
Yes. Booking One&Only One Za’abeel through Travel Supreme, the nightly rate is identical to the hotel’s own best available rate, and the reservation carries an upgrade when available (not into the Royal Suite or Villa One), daily full breakfast for two, a $100 food and beverage credit (suites add a further $100 resort credit, $200 in total) and early check-in or late check-out, confirmed in writing through the Virtuoso program.
How do we get there?
Dubai’s airport is the nearest; ask us for transfer times. Transfers are arranged with the booking.
Which rooms are there?
Za’abeel Rooms (50 or 60 square metres, Burj Khalifa or city view, one king or two queens), Grand Za’abeel Rooms (75 or 84 square metres), Za’abeel, Urban, Sanctuary, Creative and Skyline Suites, the Skyline Loft, the Royal Suite and Villa One.
Is it right for families?
Yes. The Garden on level four has a family pool and the KidsOnly club, and a Za’abeel Room with two queen beds takes two adults and two children.
How does booking through Travel Supreme work?
Send us your dates. We confirm availability and the rate, attach the Virtuoso amenities in writing, and hold the room. You pay the hotel directly.

Can you find a place to stay near a minyan or Chabad at One&Only One Za’abeel?
Where there is a minyan or Chabad nearby, we find the villa or room within walking distance for Shabbos. Where there isn’t, we tell you before you book and plan the week around it.
Can you arrange a Shabbos-friendly villa or room at One&Only One Za’abeel?
Yes. Before you book we check the details that matter for Shabbos at One&Only One Za’abeel: key cards and door locks, motion-sensor lights, automatic doors, elevators and stairs, and the distance to anywhere you need to walk. Whatever can be arranged with the property ahead of time, we arrange.
Can you plan a bar mitzvah, bat mitzvah or family simcha trip at One&Only One Za’abeel?
