Is the rate really the same as booking direct?

Yes. When you book The Springs through Travel Supreme, the nightly rate is identical to the resort’s own best available rate. The difference is what attaches to your reservation: an upgrade when available, daily breakfast for two per bedroom, a spa credit and a wildlife-sanctuary tour — all confirmed in writing through the Virtuoso program.

What credit comes with my booking?

A $125 USD equivalent Spa Credit per accommodation, per stay, applicable to treatments.

Is the wildlife tour really included?

Yes — a complimentary guided tour of the resort’s Wildlife Sanctuary for up to two guests, once per stay, on every Virtuoso booking.

Is breakfast included?

Yes — daily buffet breakfast for up to two guests per bedroom, served in the restaurant.

How does booking through Travel Supreme work?

Tell us your dates. We confirm availability and the rate directly with the resort, attach your Virtuoso benefits in writing, and stay your single point of contact before and during the stay — at no fee to you.

When is the best time of year to go?

December through April is Costa Rica’s dry season and the clearest window for volcano views. May through November is the green season — lusher, wetter afternoons, softer rates.
