The difference is what attaches to your reservation: an upgrade when available, daily breakfast for two per bedroom, a private airport transfer, and a spa session — all confirmed in writing through the Virtuoso program.

Yes — a complimentary hydrothermal therapy session at NIZUC Spa by ESPA for up to two guests, once during your stay, on every Virtuoso booking.

A complimentary private one-way transfer on arrival is included. NIZUC sits about fifteen minutes from Cancún International, so you’re at the resort before most arrivals have cleared the hotel-zone traffic.

NIZUC is not an all-inclusive resort — it’s a luxury à la carte property on Punta Nizuc, sometimes confused with all-inclusive resorts nearby. Rooms, dining and spa are booked individually, which is exactly why the Virtuoso credits and included breakfast matter.
