Which is better for a multi-generation group or older kids?

NIZUC. It is a family resort with Villas, a Master Suite and a Penthouse, a sheltered beach and a private transfer on arrival from an airport about fifteen minutes away.

Which is better for couples?

Both suit couples. Banyan Tree gives every couple a villa with a private pool along the lagoons. NIZUC gives you the ESPA spa, with a hydrothermal session for two included through us.

How do they differ?

NIZUC has 274 rooms on Punta Nizuc at the tip of Cancún’s hotel zone. Banyan Tree has 159 pool villas inside Mayakoba, near Playa del Carmen, with the El Camaleón golf course a few minutes away.

Is the rate the same as booking direct?

Yes. The nightly rate is the hotel’s own best available rate. Booked through us, each adds an upgrade when available, daily breakfast for two per bedroom and early check-in or late check-out, plus each hotel’s own extras, confirmed in writing.

Do I pay you or the hotel?

You pay the hotel directly. We confirm availability and the rate, attach the extras in writing and hold the room.
