Deluxe Rooms with or without plunge pool, Junior Suites with or without plunge pool, Superior, VIP and Grace Suites with plunge pools, the Infinity Suites and a private three-bedroom Villa. Deluxe Rooms are 32 sq m inside with a 13 sq m balcony.

Varoulko Santorini, just below the pool, under Michelin-awarded chef Lefteris Lazarou, with menus built on regional cooking and island-sourced ingredients; the adjacent 363 Bar for cocktails at sunset. There is also a yoga and Pilates studio and a fitness centre.
