Private pool villas · Caribbean & Mexico
Bedrooms for all. A pool to yourselves.

A pool of your own changes a family trip: the kids swim when they want, the grandparents read in the shade, and nobody hunts for loungers.
Look for enough bedrooms, a kitchen or terrace for long lunches, and a resort behind the villa for the spa, the kids’ club and dinner out. These seven deliver all three.

The larger villas at Sunset Cove run to six bedrooms, each with two pools and a swim platform over the water, and the four- and five-bedroom Amuse Villas add a water slide. Multi-bedroom villas carry an extra hotel credit and a spa credit when booked through us.

Every three-bedroom villa and three- or four-bedroom penthouse has a kitchen, terrace and private pool; the ground-floor villa is 4,603 square feet and sleeps eight. The resort’s kids’ club takes ages five to eleven.

The Estate wing has residences up to five bedrooms, including beach-level residences with pools on Grace Bay. KidsTown is complimentary, and the resort credit grows with the number of bedrooms.

The Marea two-bedroom suites have their own private pools on Santa Maria Bay, with walk-in snorkeling from the beach. Paintbox is the children’s program, and there are three resort pools for days out of the suite.

Thirty-two properties on 400 private acres, from one-bedroom suites to large villas, many with private pools and grounds. Kids help tag turtles, meet the horses at the rescue barn and swim at the Beach Club’s three pools; it is reached by boat or helicopter.

The five-bedroom Villa de France has two pools and its own spa room on Flamands Beach. Ten beach suites add private infinity pools and a Majordome, and La Maison runs a children’s programme in the gardens.

The Two and Three Bedroom Villa Suites come with a pool, or a pool and a roof terrace, on a private oceanfront bluff with a secluded sandy beach below. Sunset views from The Cliff at Cap look north to Martinique.

Three bedrooms or six, one pool or two, a slide for the kids: the villa follows the group. Send us your dates and who’s coming, and we’ll match the villa.
