Every villa and residence here has four bedrooms or more in the resort’s own room list, from Grace Bay to Santa Maria Bay.
Wymara Villas at Sunset Cove has three four-bedroom, six five-bedroom and two six-bedroom villas, each with two pools and a swim platform over the water, plus the Four and Five Bedroom Amuse Villas with a water slide. The resort is about a mile from Providenciales airport, and the villas are a six-to-eight-minute shuttle from the beach on Grace Bay.

The Estate wing has residences up to four bedrooms, including beach-level residences with pools, on eleven acres of Grace Bay. KidsTown is complimentary, 100 canopied day beds line the sand, and a four-bedroom booking through us carries a $300 resort credit.

The private villas each have six bedrooms and sit in the heart of the resort on Long Bay Beach, shallow and wave-free. Villa guests get a butler, private beach set-ups and fast-track airport transfers on arrival, about six miles from the airport.

Casa Twin Dolphin has four bedrooms and Casa Cardon five, on 39 acres of Santa Maria Bay with walk-in swimming and snorkeling from the sand. Casa bookings include breakfast for every guest, and through us they add complimentary roundtrip private airport transfers.

The Sky Villas run from three to five bedrooms, including the Four Bedroom Signature Sky Villa, above a protected cove with one of the few swimmable beaches in Los Cabos. Villas of two bedrooms and more carry a $250 resort credit through us, and the airport is about 15 miles away.

Yes. You pay the resort’s own rate. Booked through us, the villas add their extras in writing: daily breakfast for two per bedroom, early check-in or late check-out, a $300 resort credit for a four-bedroom at Grace Bay Club, $250 for a two-bedroom-plus villa at Chileno Bay, $200 plus a $100 spa credit in a multi-bedroom villa at Wymara, and roundtrip private transfers for the Casas at Montage.
You pay the resort directly. We confirm availability and the rate, attach the extras in writing and hold the villa.
