Sugar Beach and Cap Maison have residences and villa suites with several bedrooms. Jade Mountain and Ladera are made for two, so the grandparents or a couple can take a sanctuary or suite of their own.
The Residences go up to four bedrooms, and every room on the estate has Piton or sea views, a four-poster bed and personal butler service. Over 100 acres of a former sugar plantation run down to white-sand Sugar Beach, with daily buffet breakfast for two per bedroom through us.

The Three Bed Villa Suite comes with its own pool, and a roof terrace in the top version, on a private oceanfront bluff above a secluded sandy beach. Dinner at The Cliff at Cap looks north to Martinique and west to Pigeon Island; daily full breakfast for two per bedroom comes with the booking.

Yes. You pay the hotel’s own rate. Booked through us, all four add an upgrade when available, daily breakfast for two per bedroom, a $100 resort credit and early check-in or late check-out, in writing. Jade Mountain raises the credit in its Moon, Sun and Galaxy Sanctuaries and on stays of six nights or more.
You pay the hotel directly. We confirm the residence or suite, attach the extras in writing and stay your point of contact through Christmas week.
