Presidents’ Week 2027 runs Saturday February 13 to Sunday February 21, and New York City public schools are off February 15 to 19. That is a full week for the whole family.
A group needs bedrooms under one roof, or rooms close together. Every hotel here is on the coast between Cancún and Tulum, and December through April brings the driest, coolest weather of the year on the Riviera Maya.
The ground-floor Exclusive 3 Bedroom Villa runs to 4,603 square feet with three bathrooms, a kitchen, a terrace and a private pool, and sleeps up to eight; four-bedroom Penthouses take a larger group.
