Every resort here sells a villa, residence or suite of three bedrooms or more, with the hotel’s restaurants, pools and staff around it. Caribbean, Mexico and Hawaii.
Wymara Villas at Sunset Cove has two six-bedroom, three four-bedroom and six five-bedroom villas, each with two pools and a swim platform over the water; the Amuse villas add a water slide. On Grace Bay there is also the Three-Bedroom Penthouse, about a mile from the airport.

The Sky Villas run from three to five bedrooms, including the Four Bedroom Signature Sky Villa, and our booking adds $150 more in resort credit on villas of two bedrooms and up, $250 in total. The cove below is one of the few swimmable beaches in Los Cabos, about 15 miles from the airport.

Exclusive 3 Bedroom Villas come on the ground floor at 4,603 square feet or the mid floor at 3,094, each with three bathrooms, a kitchen, a terrace and a private pool, sleeping up to eight. Three- and four-bedroom Penthouses take a larger group, all set apart from the main hotel.

Three Bedroom Ocean Front suites come in a Deluxe or a + Study version, with Three Bedroom Penthouses above; the six-bedroom private villas add a butler, private beach set-ups and fast-track airport transfers. Long Bay Beach is shallow and wave-free, with a complimentary Kids Club, about six miles from the airport.

The Shore Club has a complimentary Kids Club, Four Seasons Maui runs Kids For All Seasons for ages five to twelve, Fairmont Heritage Place Mayakoba has a kids’ club for ages five to eleven, and Wymara’s Amuse villas have a water slide.
Yes. You pay the hotel’s own rate. Booked through us, these resorts add extras such as an upgrade when available, breakfast for two per bedroom or a breakfast credit, and a resort credit, confirmed in writing. Some add more for larger villas: $250 in total at Chileno Bay, and at Wymara an extra $100 plus a $100 spa credit.
You pay the hotel directly. We confirm availability, attach the extras in writing and hold the villa or residence.
